Our Story
We first started welcoming commercial clientele in Shanghai, 2003, as Borderland Design.​ During the two decades with an expanded team and renowned project footprint including the Sanya Mangrove Tree Resort, our Founder, Jian Zhao, gradually shifted his focus to the residential space and initiated Borderland Development LLC in Weston, 2018.
